The gate table
| Target tier | Total rebirths required | Paid gate unlock |
|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 1 | 19 Robux |
| Tier 2 | 3 | 59 Robux |
| Tier 3 | 6 | 199 Robux |
| Tier 4 | 10 | 399 Robux |
Read the middle column as a total, not a step. Tier 2 wants three rebirths overall, so if you have three, you are already there.
What the nodes inside actually are
Players describe the upgrade nodes in three families:
- Cash boost nodes, which raise the value of your runs.
- Arena damage nodes, which change how hard your robot hits in the Arena.
- Lucky Lever nodes, which improve lever outcomes.
The shop does not publish node prices, and we did not open a tier panel long enough to read every node. Treat the list above as the shape of the system, not the full inventory.
When paying for a gate makes sense
The gate is worth buying in exactly one situation: the next rebirth is many hours away and the tier is the thing blocking a purchase you would make anyway.
Against that:
- One rebirth away: do the rebirth. Paying 59 Robux to skip one run is the worst ratio in the menu.
- Three rebirths away and you have stopped progressing: now the gate is buying time, not power.
- You have not checked what is inside the tier: read the nodes first. The gate price is not the cost of the upgrade.
Check before you buy a gate
- Open the Upgrades panel and read your current tier and the next requirement.
- Count how many rebirths you need. If it is one, close the panel.
- Open the next tier and look at the nodes: what they cost and what they change.
- Compare that total against the gate price. The gate is usually the smaller number, which is how players get surprised.
- Only then decide between the two routes.
If a gate purchase disappointed you
It did what it said: it opened the tier. The nodes inside still need paying for, and they are the part that changes your numbers. Go back into the tier and read the cheapest node that moves the stat you actually care about.
What we could not verify
- Node prices, node effects and how many nodes each tier holds.
- Whether nodes carry across rebirths or reset with them.
- Whether tiers beyond four exist.
